Announcement PDF 4 September 2026 Cleansing Notice Articore Group Limited (ASX: ATG) hereby notifies ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) that: (a)​ the Company issued 2,100,000 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company (New Shares) to the trustee of the Articore Group Employee Share Trust on 3 September 2026; (b)​ the Company issued the New Shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act; (c)​ this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act; (d)​ as at the date of this notice, the Company, as a disclosing entity under the Corporations Act, has complied with: (i)​ the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (ii)​ sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and (e)​ as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in subsections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
